In the last 4 years I have delivered 2 Interim Assignments focused on solving barriers to growth.
The first was the successful go-to-market global launch of a new proposition as a proof-of-concept, and the second involving a review of sales performance of a UK freight forwarding business resulting in a restructure, taking revenue performance from -14% in 2023 to +12% in 2024.
I delivered the first ever joint strategy between Royal Mail and Post Office in its long history, protecting £180million of annual revenues from disintermediation by delivering an integrated in-branch and online customer journey.
